Computer Adult Learning Centers

Computer Adult Learning Centers (CALC) provide a friendly, low pressure environment in which senior students can learn to use computers and share computing experience. Tai Chi for People with Physical Disabilities

Tucson Parks & Recreation is offering a series of Tai Chi classes for people with physical disabilities.  Gentle Movements, Everbody Learns Tai Chi will increase individual’s body awareness, support relaxation, and enhance alignment through balance and fall prevention.
