Pima Council on Aging offers a free health insurance benefits counseling service for Medicare beneficiaries, caregivers and their families. PCOA is the local Arizona SHIP (State Health Insurance Assistance Program) and a partner of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
